Абстракт
The paper analyzes the features of anomalies of sea surface temperature (SST) over the past climatic period (1982–2019) on the basis of data from long-term daily observations at the coastal post of the Black Sea Hydrophysical polygon of Marine Hydrophysical Institute (Katsiveli, Yalta District) and satellite data for the studied area obtained by the daily Optimum Interpolation SST method. The statistics of year-by-year data comparisons are presented, and temperature trends are calculated. The correlation of contact observation data arrays with remote sensing data is on average 0,96. The amount of anomalies for each year are calculated. The years with maximum and minimum temperature anomalies are highlighted. The second half of the studied period is the warmest, which is confirmed by an increase in SST due, among other factors, to a decrease in the number of upwellings in the studied water area in recent decades. Summer upwelling events have been identified for each year. The influence of upwelling events on the variability of SST for the studied area is investigated. © 2024 Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. All rights reserved.
