Абстракт
Values of climatic norms of the repeatability of dangerous winds for all the months from November to April over various areas of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, as well as over their coasts, were estimated. The trends in their interannual changes in 1961–2020 were determined. All the areas where the repeatability of the winds under consideration is higher and steadily increases in the modern climatic period were identified. The results obtained suggest that in the coming years, the repeatability of dangerous winds in such areas, as well as the risks of emergencies caused by them, will continue to increase. Therefore, it is advisable to take into account the identified patterns both when planning various economic activities in the Russian regions washed by these seas and when developing navigation on their water routes.
