Абстракт
The paper describes the results of mathematical modeling of the underwater coastal slope and beach morphodynamics, as well as the dynamics of sand fractions of the granulometric composition under the influence of wind waves, taking into account the influence of wave nonlinearity, for the section of the Lake Sakskoe bay-bar (Western Crimea). It has been established that the maximum erosion of the beach is observed in the northern part of the study area, and the maximum accumulation of gravel-sand material is in the southern part. A significant influence on the results of model calculations of the values of the parameter facua, which determines the contribution of nonlinearity (wave asymmetry) to the total transport of sediments near the coast, has been established. It was found that for the study area, the optimal value of facua is in the range of 0.3–0.4. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.
