In the Boussinesq approximation, inertia-gravity internal waves on a two-dimensional vertically non-uniform stratified flow are considered. The boundary value problem for the vertical velocity amplitude has complex coefficients and is solved both numerically and by perturbation method. Comparison of the results shows that the dispersion curves practically do not change, but the imaginary part of the frequency in the perturbation method increases by two or three orders of magnitude. The vertical wave fluxes of momentum are different from zero and may be comparable with turbulent fluxes or exceed them. Wave fluxes obtained by numerical calculations are almost an order of magnitude smaller than those obtained by the perturbation method used earlier
