Абстракт
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the hydrophysical fields of the Black Sea, reconstructed in the reanalysis through the assimilation in the model of pseudo-measurements of temperature and salinity. Much attention was paid to assessing the reproduction of mesoscale eddies. To perform a retrospective analysis of hydrophysical fields, three-dimensional temperature and salinity fields obtained by the original method of joint analysis of data on sea-level anomalies and rare contact measurements were acquired in the model. To identify the eddy structures, an automatic identification procedure is used, based on the definition of closed streamlines in the velocity fields. The coordinates of the eddy, trajectories of motion, velocity, time of life and vertical structure are calculated.
